Paul Bakula is the founder of Chem-Solv and has over 40 years experience selling engineered products.  Paul grew up in St Louis and attended Rockhurst College.  In addition to running the company from the beginning, Paul has handled many key accounts throughout our entire territory.   Beginning in 2021, Paul has begun the process of transitioning his key accounts to the appropriate sales person with the intent of focusing solely on inside sales and support moving forward. 

Paul Boedeker has been with Chem-Solv since 2002 and has 30+ years experience selling engineered products.  Paul grew up in St. Louis and attended the University of Missouri, Rolla (currently Missouri S&T) graduating with an engineering degree. Paul is located in our Kansas City office and covers all Nebraska, Iowa and key accounts in the Kansas City  metropolitan area

Andrew Neals has been with Chem-Solv since 2010 and has over 17 years of industrial sales experience selling engineered products.   Andy grew up in Milwaukee WI, attended Whitewater University and has been in St Louis since joining Chem-Solv.  Andy has territory that includes Central Illinois, Northeastern Missouri, and key accounts in the St. Louis metropolitan area. 

Tom Majerus has been with Chem-Solv since 2017 and has over 5 years of industrial sales experience.  Tom is from Columbia, MO and attended Vanderbilt University graduating with an engineering degree.  Tom is located in St. Louis and covers key accounts in southeastern Missouri, southern Illinois, western Kentucky, southern Indiana and key accounts in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Tyler Forehand – Tyler joined Chem-Solv in 2020  from Alfa Laval where he managed the US aftermarket heat exchanger business.  Prior to Alfa Laval, Tyler worked at the Paul Mueller Company in Springfield, MO holding various positions from design engineer to product manager.  Tyler has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Missouri S&T and holds his Professional Engineer license since 2010.  Tyler operates/lives in the Springfield, MO area and covers all of Kansas & Western Missouri and key accounts in the Kansas City  metropolitan area

Joyce Luker has been with Chem-Solv since 2001.  Joyce is our inside sales support, office manager and administrative assistant for the past 20 years
